"Staff was remarkable and very efficient, 1st time patient, and did not know what to expect. The check-in took a little more time than expected, but in fairness, they were learning a new kiosk system. Once checked in, things went quickly. The PA froze 6 precancerous spots. "I have been with Dr Lam since 2014 at least. Dr Lam is very good! Explains everything well. The staff is what I have issues with. I’ve never not paid my bill. I have insurance. I pay $75.00 per visit. Today I found they merged with another company. Today they told me they won’t bill insurance first. If I get a treatment I’m required to pay my portion before I leave. No matter the cost. I’m sorry Dr. Lam but this office policy is not going to work for me. I asked that the bill get sent in, let’s see the fee schedule payment applied, the payment and I will pay the balance. The staff said not their policy. The staff treated me terrible with a lobby full of people. Thank you for taking care of me. Dr Lam you are a good doctor but you need a staff that works with your patients better."
