"I love this pediatric office, the staff are very nice and cooperative"

"The manager of this clinic, Future Pediatrics at the beach location is the rudest person i've ever met. The manager name is Jennifer Yaudas. If you ever need a referral from this clinic, forget about it. First i had to call this clinic a few times to get the referral faxed, then i realized the referred doctor could see my child only in 5 months from now so i did some research and asked for another referral for a closer location, whose doctor could see me in only a week. The manager said it's too much work for her and i should stick with the doctor she reffered already because it's not an emergency and she can't fax another referral just because i'm nervous and worried about my baby !!!!!!!!!! That made me find another pediatrician who gave me the referral immediately, with no problems, the only issue was his clinic being to far from my house and long waiting hours to be seen. When my baby got flu i called Future Pediatrics for an appointment and also told the front desk that i wanted to talk to the doctor about the manager, Jennifer Yaudas being rude to me last time with the referrals. The front desk lady confirmed the appointment. After 15 minutes or more she calls back and tells me she needs to cancel it because the doctor won't be in the office for 3 months and no one could see my son. What????? Of course this sound ridiculous ( she told the manager what i said) and they didn't give me a reason for refusal of servise, this is total discrimination!!! I'm sure the doctor didn't even know what's going on and if he did, bad for him. When i went there to speak to the doctor, he wasn't there. I asked the manager to let me speak with the doctor or to a nurse and she said the doctor is not there and all the nurses and all the staff is fully controlled and managed by her and she will not let them speak to me. I was shocked of such attitude. Who she thinks she is to treat patients or parents' patients like that? Does she think that her management position allows her to do whatever she wants? I'm a business owner and i would never treat my customers like that. She probably doesn't care because at the end of the week she still gets her check from the company. The way she talked to me, with arrogance is completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Second day after that, i found one of the owners: Dr Baker and talked to him. He apologized for her and said he will talk to Jennifer and she would call me to apologize. Of course she didn't and I don't expect and don't need her appologies. What she did is unforgivable. I was surprised she has kids, she is heartless, coldest, rudest woman i've ever met! Her job should definitely be in a different place! She shouldn't be allowed to work in a Pediatric clinic or any clinic/ hospital at all and if the owner is ok with that, with losing customers and getting bad reviews because of her, then he can keep her and take the consequences but i would never recommend this place to my friends or anyone in the world. I'll find all the sources to complain about this woman. The doctors are good there but the management is terrible. If anyone knows where else ( besides facebook and BBB) i could complain about this situation please advise."
