"Dr. Kovacs is highly incompetent and doesn’t actually know how to treat patients. I came in and got a sinus infection diagnosed and he gave me antibiotics for it and the sinus infection immediately came back. I later made an appointment with a GP and she said you’re not even supposed to prescribe antibiotics for chronic long-term sinusitis and I needed to see an ENT. And then of course during my diagnosis, Kovacs wanted to schedule allergy testing and set more useless appointments. Kovacs is a scam and a cash grab since he’s an expensive specialist and never actually does anything useful for whatever’s wrong with you. So don’t waste your time and money at this place. Just go see a GP and they’ll help you and refer you to a specialist you actually need. Oh and of course Kovacs tries to charge you 50 dollars if you miss an appointment. More cash grabbing. I already disputed that charge and got the collections removed. Sorry Kovacs, you’re not getting any more of my money."
"I am very happy with Dr. Endre Kovacs and his clinic, Southcoast Allergy. Dr. Kovacs is a brilliant and very compassionate man, who is more concerned with finding the cause of an issue than he is just prescribing something to treat it. It is very refreshing to hear a doctor say "we need to find out what is causing your issue", instead of just treating it! Besides having a great demeanor, Dr. Kovacs does a really good job of explaining things in layman's terms. Five Stars & highly recommend to others."
"My 8 year old daughter had a 9:30 appointment with Gary Bullard. We were greeted by nurse at 9:30 and spoken to for about 10-15 minutes. Then we were escorted to a room we sat there for almost an hour before I then left to find somebody. Note not one person walked in to let us know Bullard was running late etc... nurse told me she apologizes their systems are slow this is why things are running slow etc. she said you can reschedule? Or wait just a moment. Let’s be clear to this was just to read off blood work that was done. Nothing more. The only reason i was hanging around for so long was nurse told me Gary Bullard would probably have my daughter use a epipen.I go back to the room wait additional 20 minutes I then believe that’s more than enough time to give Gary Bullard. We leave I make a statement in hallway to my daughter. That this is ridiculous. Apparently Bullard is behind me. I did not know because I’ve never met him... he says in front of my daughter “because no ones busier than you!?”mind you he gave No apologies. And the the tone of his voice! I was in shock!he said over and over “because no ones busier than you” I asked him if he new the time of course he didn’t answer it was almost 11am my appointment was at 9:30! I said I have a 8 year old child waiting in a room for over a hour his response “because nobody has children” apparently he leaves people in waiting rooms like this all the time? I’m not talking about the lobby I’m talking the little rooms they sit you in with a table a sink and a chair! then he told the nurse down a hall to take her out of the system!!! And just so we are clear my 8 year old is standing next to me through all of this. As anyone in the medical profession who behaves like this!! The staff looked terrified of him. They were quick to give me my copay back ! Dr Kovac get rid of this man working in your building! Absolutely shameless!"
"My wife went to an appointment this morning to get a reading on my 8 year old daughter's blood work. She had a 9:30 appointment and was there at 9:00. At 10:30 my wife explained to the front desk clerk that she needed to get my daughter to school and couldn't afford to wait any longer. The front desk clerk said the doctor was finishing up with a patient and said that the doctor would be right in and took her to a room. She then waited there for another 30 minutes before deciding to leave. As she was leaving a doctor approached her (Bullard I believe, not Kovacs) that she had never dealt with. My wife explained how ridiculous it was that she had to wait almost 2 hours and never be seen. He then began to berate her in front of my daughter saying that she must be the only one that time is important for multiple times then told her she wasn't the only person with children either. This place is an absolute joke and Dr Bullard is extremely lucky that I wasn't there at the time."
"Do not waste your time going to this doctor unless you like to be treated badly. my experience was Dreadful. Not only did the RUDE front desk clerk talk down to us, she let us know we (the customer) know that we are clearly an inconvenience. They told me that I would have to reschedule after we drove all the way from Santa Rosa Beach for our first time appointment and we spent another 45 to 55 minutes driving around town trying to find the office because they do not bother to answer the telephone and they don't have a visible sign. . We would have been there early but we stopped at several businesses to ask for directions, we asked the post office and finally called a friend for directions. They wasted more than three hours of our time and now I have to spend more time finding another doctor. All they were concerned about was themselves. There was no apology and I am shocked that there is no apology. It is shocking that the receptionist at the front desk thought that it was acceptable to rudely chastise us and the doctor would not even come out to have a quick word with me. They are so arrogant as to think that I actually would want to reschedule my appointment wit them."
