"Doctor Thompson is good however this establishment is terrible. I called yesterday to get an appointment saying that I needed 2 things, my daughter might be sick and I need a physical. I get told to call back the next day for a same day sick appointment. She's been seeing doctor Thompson for a for a while now but we have to re-register because we didn't know until yesterday that they were taken over by sacred ascension. Not only that but now they can't do the physical portion like they said they could yesterday. The automated system says always courteous staff what a lie. Being courteous is listening to your patient or listening to your customers however you'd like to put it. Instead I now have to spend the one day off I have before school starts getting her a different doctor. Sacred ascension for this should be ashamed at their staff. Wouldn't recommend scheduling staff, they obviously are more focused on themselves."
