"Absolutely most amazing facility in the area! Love the entire staff! Cannot recommend enough"
"Called to office 4 times this past week for my youngest medicine. They told me they will have it sent in check the pharmacy at 5 pm today. Still nothing they are rude .the nurses look at you in a nasty way that your there again with your sick kids. Never explain anything to you just give you papers about the shots they have given and send you on your way."
"10/10 don't recommend. His staff is rude. If you wear anything that smells good the lady will slam the window in your face. Dr reed is rude and thinks he is better than you and will treat you as so. My son got "dismissed" this morning due to reschedule. The times I rescheduled I had too my mom is a stroke survivor and I am her caregiver and it was times I had to call 911 to come get her. It really doesn't hurt my feelings he dismissed us I've been wanting to switch its just too much of a hassle to move doctors. He does have one Doctor there Dr Dana she is amazing. Dr Breslin in Fairhope is a much better doctor and I recommend her."
"Dirty. With my first son, Dr. Reed wasn't familiar with what a sleep sack was. I tried a lady Dr. there with my second born. When I met her for the first time, with my sick newborn, she immediately commented on a scar on my face. Recommended a plastic suergon to "fix my face". It's also very old and dirty! I did appreciate them letting a random lady that worked there take a blood sample from my son (he was 3 days old with jondus) on a Saturday, but I recommend going somewhere else."
