"I was referred to Dr Donaway by my dermatologist for Melanoma surgery. I was initially surprised at the fact I was able to get an appointment within a few days. I met Dr. Donoway and a plan of action was suggested. I was then asked to see Kathryn the office administrator to schedule the scans and surgery. Kathryn scheduled both within a week and sent the relevant documentation. Everything was a go until my insurance company decided they needed to authorize the procedures and that would take 10 to 14 days and the surgery was scheduled in the next two. Kathryn called me to let me know but she went further and called the insurance company herself. The end result was they approved the surgery within a few hours of her call. I don't know what she said but whatever it was made a huge difference! It as been four weeks since the surgery and I must say my experience with Dr Donoway, his staff and Kathryn in particular has been beyond any expectations.
