"Though Dr. Hu is a very good Doctor, his staff are really rude. The receptionist pretty much refused to give me any services while I was trying to schedule my follow up appoint since I have had surgery. The receptionist also told me to do it myself, and that she refuses to have to call the insurance company. I also asked if I could leave a message for the Doctor, and she responded "He'll get his messages when 'I' give them to him. " I don't know what kind of staff Dr. Hu thinks he has, but he should consider changing it up."
