"I see the Dr first to go over blood work then go to the infusion place all the way in the back. The nurses and staff are so friendly and there to help you while you are receiving your infusion. They help you from getting to an up right position where your feet go up in the recliner to a warm blanket out of the warmer to keep you warm as they have to keep this room at a certain temperature to juice,crackers things to read and make the time enjoyable as much as you can do in this situation that brings you here. I come because I have MS but others are here for their infusion because of some kind of disease or sickness ranging from MS to all sorts of Cancer and other diseases. The"

"Parking lot is clean and makes access to the building easy. Front office staff are friendly and smile most of the time. Lab technicians are great at what they do and work towards each individual patients needs. Then there are the wonderful girls in the infusion area... Christy, Meagan, Lumeeka, and Shawna. These girls go out of their way to make the patients comfortable and important. I would highly recommend Trinity Clinic at Comprehensive Hematology Oncology."

"Doctor is good but I tried to speak with one of the receptionist I was dealing and not only would she not let me speak to her but was very rude. Told her I'll just find a new doctor. She ended my call with "okay". Very unprofessional. The doctor by the way wanted my to get an iron infusion done after I told them my primary does not see a reason why since my blood work was good. Rude staff and do unnecessary procedures to get money."
