"He may be an awesome doctor, but you’ll never know between the medical staff and receptionist that speaks in a tone that screams “I HATE MY JOB”. Very unprofessional and shows absolutely NO empathy for CANCER PATIENTS! I witnessed an elderly patient request an appointment and witnessed the nasty attitude and tone used! Send your family to this office with a recorder and camera, and you’re guaranteed to cash out in a lawsuit. Just sit close to the front desk. Just Disgusting"

"Dr. Schneider has saved my life. Plain and simple. He is an EXCELLENT doctor. He also cared for my husband right through his many years of treatment until he transitioned iinto hospice. The kindness and caring he showed him was the highlight of my husband's day. I will never forget it. Now that I am Dr Schneiders patient, I am receiving the same high level of care that my husband received. He is up on all of the latest treatments with targeted immunotherapy. I honestly do not understand any of the negative reviews about him or the staff. They are all wonderful and bend over backwards to help you, from the front desk to the fabulous treatment nurses and physicians assistants. If you need a hematologist oncologist I highly recommend Dr. Schneider from my family's personal experience. I am so grateful that I found him."

"Dr. Schneider is a terrible doctor and everyone should avoid at all costs if they want better chances of survival. He made a difficult process far more difficult through his negligence, oversight and carelessness. If I can give 0 stars I would. We were referred to him when my father started showing symptoms and cancer was suspected. These are all the issues we encountered: - He ordered an unnecessary MRI from Akumin before giving a diagnosis, despite having CT scans AND blood test results which are sufficient for diagnosis of liver cancer (according to Cleveland Clinic) - He delayed the MRI scan by two weeks because he failed to clearly specify the exact MRI procedure required. - By the time he gave a diagnosis, my father wasn't able to eat at all without vomiting. When informed of this, Dr. Schneider prescribed appetite enhancers despite being TOLD that the issue is not his appetite. His answer was "take it up with your gastroenterologist." - He misdiagnosed his cancer and recommended FOLFOX for treatment. Upon receiving a second opinion from Cleveland Clinic, we were informed that his cancer was too advanced for FOLFOX and that Dr. Schneider has likely misdiagnosed his illness. - Every appointment with him involved +30 minutes of waiting and "
