"Worst experience with the incompetent unprofessional rude staff. Although Dr Kahn is a very good doctor. But it is so sad that the Genesiscare hires an unprofessional staff that is not suitable for medical practice. Early this morning I had an appointment with Dr Kahn that was set a while ago. His office called me last week to confirm the appointment. I checked in. waited. then a nurse called me in. After I went inside to see the doctor she asked me to get out again and sit down. because they did not have a referral. I questioned why that's being announced only now and why I was not told before so it could be obtained? Why the staff made an appointment without the referral or obtained one, or notified me to get it prior? And why the front desk called me last week to confirm an appointment when they should have realized that there is no referral? They were sleeping and not doing their job to secure proper documentation and requirement before the appointment or they just woke up and realized it after the patient comes in? Normally doctors don't make an appointment without securing the proper documentation of the patient in advance . I took a taxi and traveled long distance to come in for a surprise it could be avoided if they would have done their job right ? Worst of all. It's nice and professional to apologize about that screw up rather than be rude and aggressively answer "this is your job and responsibility" said the nurse. So I have no idea what's all of these young ladies doing the front desks and their back office job and responsibility for such a huge big company like genesis care. Shame on you Genesis care. For the people that you hire. I walked out very angry and had to take a taxi back home wasting half of my day and money. And now I will find another doctor despite I like Dr Kahn who has been always great and professional. And I wished if he worked for another Medical Practice . Even the nurse was so incompetent. She didn't even look at my chart to see that I have been treated there for the last 3 years. She asked me if it is my first visit? That was so sad and scary. *** your response to my factual negative review using the same technique that was used to all of your negative reviews before me. Which clearly shows your unwilling to solve the problem by brushing me off. Requesting my name and phone number. When you are fully aware of my posted name and my phone number on your records. Was it only to show the public that you're nicely responding but without action? And it was amazing that within few hours after I posted my negative review. Suddenly four perfect positive reviews was posted within just few hours. That's a very bad indication to use these tactics. Whoever wrote these responses. Please don't be too obvious. Because I know the doctor himself did not write it. And I noticed that all the negative reviews was against the staff not against the doctor. So I'm not the only one"
