"I had an appointment for 11/27/23 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:20 am and was asked what time my appointment was. When I replied 8:30 am. the nurse told me to sit and wait. At 9:00am I went back to the front desk and asked when I would see the doctor. I was told the doctor was not present at that time. I left. I was called later and told I had shown up at the wrong time.I could come back at 2:00pm that afternoon and DR. Sullivan would see me. I did not return the call. I have the appointment card with the date and time to I was to arrive. this is the second time this has happened to me. Not Acceptable."

"Dr. Sullivan is a horrible human being. She should not be practicing medicine. She has zero compassion and lacks empathy for her patients. She isn't concerned about her patients at all . She cares only about how much money she can bill the insurance company for her botched radiation sessions. Patient beware; Genesis has declared bankruptcy and the corporation will be taken over shortly. Avoid MD Sullivan at all costs if you value your life."
