"As a new patient, they “couldn’t get ahold of my insurance” (United, whom I’m sure they work with regularly) and told me I was the one who had to call. This was a week before my appointment, as if they couldn’t continue reaching out? Never have I had to request benefit information myself. Then they cancelled my appointment with zero communication or notification. Don’t waste your time - horrible customer service with an attitude."

"Im having to ask for itemized bills and the codes they are using so i can submit it to my insurance. Checked my insurance online... nothing has been submitted even though i paid like 380 dollars for an ultra sound and "office visit" ( sat in dr office for 5 mins for him to read my ultra sound when the tech could have just told me the same information)..... the 380 dollars isnt even applied to my deductible. Also.. if your worried about hippa or your rights of your medical history being private... maybe find a different practice... i was sitting in the back waiting for the ultra sound tech. Heard the dr call one of his patients about their 2nd abnormal pap smear... if your calling patients about results.. try shutting your office door."
