"She clearly purchased a bunch of good reviews and the dead giveaway (for any business just FYI) is that they mention “how clean” the facility is. Wish I read all the 1 star reviews first because that’s all exactly what I experienced! ANYWAY, I really wanted to love this location and Doctor but it’s now been 5 days of me calling twice a day to have her send over my prescription to the pharmacy and it STILL hasn’t been sent. Every time I call (which is now up to twice a day) they tell me they’ll tell her and it’ll be done by the end of the day. I AM IN PAIN but apparently since I’m not pregnant I’m not a priority. Every time I ask them why it hasn’t been done yet, they talk to me like I’m a problem for not understanding that the doctor is busy. I literally call twice a day. REALLY really sad and upset with how this is being handled (or not). One star for the doctor’s bedside manner but what does it matter if I can’t get my medication for the issue that brought me there? At one point the doctor had them call to ask ME what my prescription is. Like I’m not the doctor I don’t know I can GOOGLE IT for yall if you want??????? If you’re not pregnant, don’t bother coming here because you will be blatantly told you’re not a priority."

"She was very quick and dismissive. I felt like just another person. Her bedside manner gave the impression that she had other places to be and not with me. I came in for an annual. The first annual check up I've had since having my very premature kids almost 3 years ago. I had a lot of questions, but she answered none. I just feel like I wasn't the type of patient she wanted to deal with. I will not be returning."
