"First let me start off by saying seeing Dr Kant changed my whole life. Now let me explain, what she does isn’t just a job for her it’s her passion and she takes pride in everything she does. You can tell not only the way she interacts with her patients but her staff members are phenomenal. I felt like I was apart of their little family. In 2021 I was pregnant and let me just say I had a horrible pregnancy but worst of all the previous doctor I had (NOT DR KANT) was horrible he dismissed all my concerns and ignored my pain. Sadly I ended losing my twins at 21 weeks. So next time around I decided to change my whole approach starting with a new Doctor. I did my research to say the least. When I called Dr Kant office I explained everything to Shawna (I apologize if I misspelled her name) and I remember her saying to me that she have the perfect doctor in mind. And ooh was she right, my first encounter with Dr Kant was everything and I knew then and there that my journey was going to be good. Now mind you my entire pregnancy I was sick, didn’t gain any weight in other words I was miserable but every time I walked into that office I knew everything was going to be ok. Being plus size an pregnant I didn’t feel judged and being high risk wasn’t a constant reminder. I was in and out of the hospital, developed gallstones and gastroenteritis but even with all my bad encounters during my pregnancy I still felt like everything would be ok. Dr Kant is the most patient, understanding and supportive Dr you can ever asked for. My birth was even an easier process and I remember when my baby came into the world I said to her “i wish I had you 2 years, maybe then things would have been different and my twins could have been here”. I am grateful to experience this journey with her my baby boy is now 8 months and is growing and doing quite well. Many thanks to her staff ( Shawna, Charmaine, Sophia and Kadian) you ladies are amazing. Words aren’t enough to express how I feel about my doctor but I would say this much if your ever in doubt about the care you receive from any doctor then they aren’t for u. If i was to ever move to another country or state best believe I would fly back to Oasis to see my doctor. Thank you for changing my life."
