"Had surgery with Dr Aqua and I cannot say enough good things about him. The Surgery Center and office staff are amazing. I had no pain or discomfort after surgery. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about his referral coordinator she was completely rude since the first time I spoke with her. She was very defensive and told me she was going to schedule my appointment while I was on the phone because she knew I was going to be a DIFFICULT PATIENT. WOW! I understand the Office Manager doesn't want to sit and schedule appointments or work on authorizations but, I am pretty sure this is not the first time someone is saying a negative comment about this young lady. Sometimes we as Managers have to make changes and step in while we find someone with good customer service. (not telling anyone how to run their business) I waited 5 weeks for surgery. I understand Dr Aqua is very busy but not sure if the appointment was schedule 5 weeks later on purpose. Thank you Dr Aqua!"

"Dr. Aqua is amazing! So personable and caring. Answers any and all questions. So happy to have a great dr! The staff is excellent as well. They truly make the office. They go out of there way to assist you, if they say they will call you back, they ALWAYS do! Overall great office! Thank you to Dr. Aqua and his amazing staff! Dream team!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. He sent me to ultrasound and he said he would be there. He wasn’t. Ultrasound was in a different location and he charged me a co-pay. Insurance covered everything. One hour later was another appointment at his other office to discuss results. He charged for his services again and insurance paid the claim. I paid only one of the two co-pays. He turned me into the collection for the other unpaid co-pay. $70. I am not paying. He wanted to cut me open for a hysterectomy. He said laparoscopic surgery was not a good option. Only open surgery was good! I had a vaginal hysterectomy elsewhere later on. I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. No external cuts and I feel better than ever now. If you care about your well-being, go find another surgeon."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I am not one to write reviews the only other review I wrote was the hospital this office told me I had to go too. I am so disappointed in this place. They are so unorganized, you never can get the on the phone, you'll wait on hold 30-40 minutes. Dr. Aqua, was my OB throughout my pregnancy and every visit I had with him, he spent a WHOLE minute and a half with me before he rushed out the door and on to the next patient. Now I have been waiting for 3 months for birth control. I call every couple of weeks to see what in the world is going on, just to get some phony story and I have to say, "that is not what I was told last time, each time it's a different story" then you get told you'll get a call back and you never do. The best thing you can do, if you truly care about your pregnancy and birth control, is find yourself a different OBGYN. Find one that actually checks you out and cares about your baby and you. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Dr. Aqua is a great listener! Having an awful experience with a previous OBGYN, I was very hesitant to find another. On a recommendation I went to see Dr. Aqua and the ladies in his office and my visits and care have been smooth ever since! Often doctors and other medical professionals tend to not listen to the details that mean most to the patient but Dr. Aqua is attentive and thorough. Highly recommended"
