"Called to make an appointment, got the rudest person on the phone ! I will not be going there if you can’t at least pretend to be nice"

"Terrible drove 45m with my fiancé to have tests and ultrasound and I’m told the first visit the Father has to sit out in the waiting room. When I asked why I could only be told it’s the policy but we called ahead and was told I would be allowed in and I was allowed in no problem for the ultrasound but I couldn’t be allowed in because they have to ask her questions. Questions she had no problem being asked in front of me but the lady kept saying it’s policy but this isn’t our first child but this is the first place that wouldn’t allow me in the room with my fiancé because they wanted to ask her questions in private terrible Not worth it if you’re a father and a lovely husband and you want to be there with your wife every step of the way this isn’t the place. TLC my butt policy over the care of the baby lucky I found someone else willing to take us the same day no problems. If you’re in dire need and want to do the process alone that’s fine but not for a family who wants to sit in terrible place just disgusted! Also if you want to make an appointment and still wait an hour this is the place. Waited an hour for ultrasound then sat in the lobby again for 30m."

"Brittany is the BEST! but the wait time here is wayyyyyy to long. Sitting it the waiting room for a hour before being called in the back. Then waiting another hour plus for a doctor to come in the room while all the staff is just running their mouths. Be prepared to be here for at least 3 hours. Smh. Appointment was at 10:30am yet it's 11:39 and we're still in the waiting room"

She delivered both my children and has always made me feel so comfortable made sure I understood everything going on. Also the staff is always very kind and helpful anytime I call or come in. My favorite office , they are truly a blessing"

"If you want your c-section done good and you want professional people don’t go there. They mess my C-section up and every time I go over there for an appointment my time and gas is basically wasted. And oh they don’t like to wear gloves probably why I caught an infection in my scar."
