"I took my 2007 Harley Davidson Road King to WarHorse Harley to get new tires put on it. I take care of this low mileage bike meticulously and know alot about motorcycle's. My reason for going there was because they advertised free labor with the purchase of tires. They told me it would take them two hours to complete the job. Well, it turned into 4 1/2 hours due to them having to correct a serious problem they created. While I was waiting I saw the bike come out of service and go to the wash bay. I tried to catch it before hand because it was spotless, and I didn't want them washing it. I overheard the wash bay employee saying to the shop manager that he could not let the bike leave the dealership the way that it was. He didn't realize I was the owner of the bike. His reason was because he found something wrong with the front wheel. It would not rotate freely. It was due to the tech. putting in the spacers, and not seating them properly. They never came to me to explain this, instead employee Levy tried to blame somebody that had previously worked on the bike after I confronted him. I cannot stand to be lied to, and can't stand when someone does not take responsibility for their actions. I finally got the truth out of Missy, who was at the service desk, and got her to put the mistake in writing. She is the only one at the dealership that I have any respect for. Just imagine if the wash guy had not discovered this and the wheel would have seized up on me. Nobody at the dealership even spoke with me about this, and had I not pressured Missy, nobody would have. They also added a $25.00 labor charge, for what, I don't know, especially seeing that they advertised free labor. Their T-shirt selection was horrible, and way over priced. I didn't see much of anything for accessories. I will never return."

"I came in for a shirt and poker chip. It’s a must to walk around and look at the inventory. Then I saw her…21 Slim. I knew I had to have her. The most PERFECT Sales Person, Snow, is who I had the pleasure of greeting me. He was so easy to talk to. I was there from Ohio for a weekend trip - after some discussion they made it SO EASY to do a trade. EVERYONE was so friendly and made me feel welcome and important. I can’t say enough positive things about War Horse and the staff. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!"
