"I have been going here since 2019 and have had 2 babies. The doctors and nurses have all been extremely caring and kind. I am so appreciative of them. My frustration lies with how the business side of this office has made me feel. When I had my first son, I was told how much everything would cost and a plan was created where I paid a certain amount every month leading up to birth and then everything was squared away. This time we went for our financial meeting and were told that everything was covered and we would not owe anything. It was all written out with every line being zero. We were on a different insurance than the first time so the way things were explained we assumed was correct. Once I had my son we received a bill for the services that we paid for leading up to birth the first time. We were blindsided by this and every time I went to a follow up appointment I was made to feel like I had done something wrong by not already having this paid for. I tried to set up a payment plan over the phone and the rep told me his computer was messing up and for me to do it in the office. I also had questions I wanted answered about why amounts were different on different forms. He said someone would call me back that day or the next and no one ever did. When I went to the office I set up a payment plan and paid the down payment and gave my card information for monthly installments. When I went back for another visit they were asking me why I hadn’t paid off my account. I explained everything and they said they would make a note of it. Then I keep getting calls from the business office about my balance. I called back today to explain all of this and the rep wanted to charge me a down payment again and then start monthly payments. She was not understanding at all. I tried to explain to her my frustrations and all she said was “I’m sorry you feel this way.” And moved on. I’m just extremely disappointed in the whole thing. The doctors and nurses work so hard to make you feel cared for just for the business side to make you feel like trash."

"If you ever need to see an OB-GYN. I highly recommend this facility. Dr. Johnson is awesome. She is very thorough and always make sure that every questions I have are answered. She takes the time to explain any concern or worries I may have regarding my health issues. She is professional and very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend her."
