"Avoid, avoid, avoid! In my last trimester of pregnancy I received a call from the doctor deciding to transfer me to high risks specialists, which is fine on the surface. However, I then found out those “specialists” would be residents, not OB-GYNs. I had a long process to find a solution I was comfortable with, but the bottom line was this practice prioritized their legal liability over my health. Then, they would not refund the $1500 that I had prepaid for birth, after several calls due to their policies on processing insurance claims. (They had no insurance claim to process on my behalf though, it was another doctors’ office.) This was after I was told by their staff it would be the next billing cycle. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to care about patients, but I’ll bet they’ll care about their reviews. Update - TWO MONTHS after delivery - still no refund from your office on a delivery you refused to perform. You are a thief! Update 4/19/23 - six months later and fifteen calls and three emails (as requested below) and still not sorted. These guys are a mess!"

"She’s an AMAZING doctor! She had to preform an emergency c section during my labor and did a fantastic job! Her professionalism and kindness was very calming during the surgery. I am writing this one month after the surgery, currently feeling great and had minimal post op pain and scaring! More importantly I have two healthy twin babies all thanks to this wonderful doctor:) I HIGHLY recommend her!"

"Dr. Merritt is a wonderful doctor!!! She is easy to talk to, compassionate, very knowledgeable and stays up to date on family planing, pre and post natal care. Dr Merritt is also an advocate for you! She knew I wanted a natural delivery and when the going got tough during my delivery and my family wanted me to have a c-section she reminded me why I chose that delivery plan and explained she would do whatever I wanted to help me. We stuck with the original plan and I couldn’t have been happier! Two kids and ten years later, she is still is my favorite doctor!!!"
