"I was super excited when I found out that this doctor took my insurance and was going to be able to Do the procedure I needed. So excited that the day of my examination I brought the staff coffee. They were extremely kind to me. When I found out that my deductible would be very high I called my insurance company as soon as I left to get a better plan. I was able to Get a plan with zero deductible. Since then I’ve been calling the office to speak to the scheduler about my new plan and to find out if it is indeed zero deductible and to switch appointment date. I have called every other day for over a month. Every time I call someone in the front tells me that they will leave her a note to call me back. She has yet to call me back. I am now forced to take a day off work to go into the office to potentially rectify this situation.This is extremely disheartening I have now had to Edit this review, because the person who responded obviously did not read the review clearly before responding. I never said that your office is responsible for my deductible. What I said was after I found out what I had to pay for the surgery I called MY INSURANCE to change my plan so that I could get one with zero deductible. After changing the plan I’ve called your office every other day for over a month to make sure the scheduler has the new information and to find out if I have to pay anything for the surgery ( to ensure that the zero deductible actually applies to the surgery). No call back"
