"I have no real issue with dr Connor. Her staff however completely dropped the ball during a horrible cancer diagnosis. It was mentally overwhelming just trying to get my paperwork and files sent to my oncologist and had to threaten to come in and get myself. I left voicemail after voicemail begging to get what I needed and to get even a phone call from dr Conner after reading my lab results alone. Took two days to hear from her with the excuse of how she couldn’t find the time. I understand I’m not the only patient and things happen but this was a series of Inexcusable errors and lack of compassion and care. I took all my records personally from the office and left to find a new practice. Made me sad. I liked everyone there until I really needed them."
