"I cannot get refills called in for simple medications, even Walgreens said I hate dealing with them, we can never get a hold of them for refills! Very disappointed and not looking forward to finding a new doctor!"

"This should be a 5 star review. However, this review is based on my most recent experience with this office. I had an appointment to see Dr. Rose on Dec 5 at 9:30 AM. I showed up at 9:15 AM. I was taken back to an exam room at 10:17 AM. At 10:32 AM, I left. The nurse who took my vitals saw me and said nothing. The front desk person said nothing. I have not received any communications from this office at all. No care or concern what-so-ever. But get this...they billed my insurance for the visit! OK. So maybe they can and maybe they should. It really comes down to what your priorities are. To me, it is very clear here what Dr. Rose's office cares about the most. It sure isn't me and my health. I was able to consult a doctor about my issue. Yep! MDLive came through for me. My experience may be an isolated occurrence. But it did happen and it was shameful."

"I love her as a Dr. But I do not see the point in making patient appointments for a certain time if you're just going to have them sit around for an hour at least before being seen. Thought it was a one time thing but this is now the third time."

"Love the doctor. I needed a referral for an orlando orthopedic. The referral clerk got a referral for the same ortho I had already seen, who couldn't take care of me. She never called me to say I had a referral. When I did call she was out for the second day in a row."

"Dr Rose is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. She listens, and explains her treatment plan and why she is prescribing this plan. I have never felt so truly cared for by a doctor before. She is one in a million! She has renewed my faith in the medical profession!"
