"This is by far the most horrible experience I've had in a Dr's office, I totally agree with the previous two reviewers, do not go there! 1. The front desk never answers my calls, and finally she did answer she put me on 43 minutes hold and ended the call. 2. I sit in the room in the paper gown waiting for the Dr for 40 minutes, the Dr didn't come until I called the front desk to complain. 3. The test results take forever. It's been 3 months I still didn't get my pap smear result. 4. I asked the front desk to transfer my ultrasound order to a different imaging center, it never happened."

"Totally agree with the users above. Waited in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes(I was the only one in there).I get back to the room and mentioned a concern. Which got COMPLETELY dismissed and is still bothering me almost 2 months later. The doctor never even discussed what was bothering me once she came in. Waited in a paper gown for an additional 30 minutes. As the pap was about to begin the piece of the table that holds your legs up wasn’t working so the dr and the assistant were trying to fix it, mind you- I’m on the table in a paper gown. Then had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to fill out a prescription form. That I had to drop off to a pharmacy bc they couldn’t call it in."

"I don’t have anything to say about Dr Waite, but her office runs a terrible system. Nobody every answers the phone, they schedule an online appt and don’t send you any link, then they also don’t pick up the phone anytime when you’re trying to get that link. Strangely, the tests results take an absurd amount of time, but that’s supposedly quests fault. My biggest complain is that you’re going to have the hardest time speaking with anyone, you can also leave 100 voice mails and nobody will call you back."

"The wait time is long. No one picks up the phone or calls you back. I had a virtual appointment for a follow up and never received the link. Tried calling several times,no one picked up. Left several voice mails. 3 weeks later I had to make an appointment in person since no one got back to me. Waited over an 1 hour to see the doctor with a 9am appointment. The waiting room was full with several people that arrived at the same time as well. If you do go with this doctor, clear your schedule and come with lots of time."
