"They called me one week before my appointment that I had been waiting over 3 months for to tell me THE DOCTOR WAS TAKING A VACATION. So the next time I could see him would be 4 months from then. I was SO appalled. One you waited till the week before to call, 2 you offer me to see a different nurse (no doctors) or to wait till next year. This place is gross, but of course gotta stay or wait another year at another place. American health industry is gross and so are doctors that treat patients like this. Wish me luck if they ever actually have the time to see me"

"Dr Guichard and his staff are amazing!! He is very compassionate and always takes the time to thoroughly explain things in a manner that a non medical professional can understand. I have had several procedures performed by Dr G and I was very nervous with each of them. With each one he was very compassionate and took the time to ensure I was comfortable and well informed. He is a great listener and never makes you feel rushed. I trust Dr G with my life and my health, and know that I am always in good hands with Dr Guichard."

"Dr. G comes highly recommended and I think he “can” have a very friendly demeanor yet underneath it is quite a bit of arrogance and unwillingness to listen to the patient. Maybe he was having an off day but he literally bites my head off for asking a question about my ongoing symptoms and his “pellet” treatments. Um, yeah. Be a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde with someone else who is willing to put up with your behavior. Strongly advise you find a different doctor who actually CARES about women and isn’t in this job to become rich. As a side note, the front office and nursing staff are amazing. It’s too bad this practice doesn’t invest in moving to new systems in a more organized manner. They were seriously struggling with learning a new program so obviously they haven’t been given enough time or received the training they needed. Cutting corners and making the staff suffer and keep the rich doctors richer, IMHO."
