"If I could rate zero stars I would. I drove over an hour to see the provider, and called when I was stuck in traffic expecting to be five minutes late. When I arrived, nobody from the office told me it was in a side building, so I was redirected twice trying to find the office. Upon arrival, I waited patiently to be checked in, and in that time went past the 15 minute window to be seen. I was told my only option was to reschedule, even being over an hour away because my provider was only “on call”. Office refused to provide me a note stating I was in fact in the office, but refused to be seen. They also proceeded to leave nasty notes in my chart that I’m not sure if they’re aware are visible to the patient. Absolute joke of a practice. NEVER AGAIN."

"I am extremely disappointed in Advent Health. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Ramnarine for months and just days before my appt, I received a voicemail stating that there is a scheduling conflict and to please call back. I called back and and spoke with a scheduling agent who informed me they would call me. It has now been two days later and I have not received a call. I checked my Advent Health App and it showed no upcoming appointments. I called the office yet again and this time the scheduling person was severely lacking customer service and informed me that the office closed early and the next appointment she has is in September. This is completely unacceptable. I have been waiting months! Now I have to wait until September? Is it normal practice to cancel a patients appointment without explanation or without talking to them in person? Completely unprofessional. I will be asking my primary for a new referral."

"My husband and I recently went through a very traumatic miscarriage and unfortunately during this time, our regular doctor was on vacation. Dr. Ramnarine stepped in immediately and treated us with the upmost respect and tenderness in this situation. She made us extremely comfortable from the beginning in such a horrible time in our lives. She was so gentle from the beginning until end and I can't reccomend her enough for anyone who wants a caring doctor. Thank you Dr. Ramnarine The Fishers ❤"
