"I moved to Florida in 2012. My first Insurance agency was terrible and I discovered after one year that my house hadn't and wasn't insured. Cars were. That bad company said they could get me coverage sometime the next day. I walked out of that office and went straight to East and Greenwell. Within one hour I walked out of their office with my house insured. One doesn't forget a kindness like that. We now have 5 rental properties, our home and two cars all insured through East & Greenwell. The office staff is really really helpful and knowledgeable. Their service is prompt, professionally done and done with a smile. I have nothing but good things to say about East & Greenwell and AllState. Go with them. You will be pleased and well served. We are now in our 12th year with them. I don't plan to every switch."

"Worst customer service ever. The people that answer the phone have no clue what they're doing and try to "bluff" their way through questions a licensed agent should be answering. I have had multiple negative experiences with this agency in the 1 1/2 years I have been with them. They do not care about protecting their customers or providing good service. The "managers" don't bother to call back and help resolve the issues. I have changed companies and saved over $1000 as well. I do not recommend this agency. Follow up - over a week after I canceled all my policies with them, they took $1100 out of my bank account. I have been on hold forever trying to get a manager on the phone to rectify this."
