At first, I called Ruth who I had been assisting me in the past and she did not return my call which has been my experience with her in the recent past. So, I called again and spoke to the person who answered your phone, and she was very helpful saying someone would get back to me soon. Dmitriy followed up within a day with a new insurance carrier and a quote amounting to less than $100 more than the prior year's premium for the same coverage. While I am pleased with Dmitriy's follow up, I would have expected you to address the 70% increase without me having to call. I thought that was the advantage of buying insurance through an agent."
