Then called for our Villages birdcage - 5 roof panels to be repaired and he chose to rescreen the entire roof so it would look the best and we wouldn't have other sections tearing! "Wow! What can I say about this company. First off, when we lived in Ohio and purchased our Florida home, RGP took care of our pool for over 2 months while we were transitioning to Florida. Our pool equipment is from the dinosaur age and about two weeks ago my pumped finally died. I called RPG to get a quote on new pool equipment. Ryan and Jordan stopped out and took a look at what I had and gave me a quote for a new pump, cartridge filter and salt water generator. They were both great to deal with and professional. My equipment came in pretty quickly and I was trying to keep my pool from turning into a swamp with no circulation. Hurrican Idalia was all over the news and was about to make landfall the next day. I got a call from Jordan from RGP and he said I'm coming out to your house to get all your new equipment installed before this hurricane comes in. I couldn't believe it! Jordan came out and installed all our equipment and was gone by 1pm! Talk about going above and beyond with customer service and professionalism. I mean, the forecast looked grim that day and it did end up turning into a decent day, but these guys have families and storm prep to do just like everyone else. I can't say enough good things about RGP! Thank you so much for everything, my new equipment looks great and the salt water is SOOOOOOOO MUCH better than using liquid chlorine and pucks!! Took only a couple of days for the appointment, great communication, arrived on time, and fixed everything while explaining all he did, and why he did it. I got a mini pool lesson from Ryan. "We use to maintain our own pool for years but we kept contacting pool repair services to assist us with our pool issues. We eventually were referred to Ryan at RPG Screening & Pool Services as he has helped our pool out with many repairs but now he also services the pool. For less money that we were spending of pool chemicals & treatment we now get all the same treatments but also have someone clean it weekly. This is huge for us as we use our pool daily thanks to the new heater Ryan installed as we enjoy of nights with he new colored light he installed last week!
