"Hi my name is Tara, I work at a company called united whole sale sand I take calls all day. I have this customer call in with an agent from this location by the name of Chris. The customer was screaming at me for something I can’t control but to top it all off, CHRIS THE INSURANCE AGENT literally starts berating me and being so rude and yelling at me with the client basically bullying me about a policy increase. I could not believe an agent from another company, this company specifically was berating me and being so rude and yelling at me with his client. He’s an agent himself so I expected more out of Chris. I expect when you are helping one of you clients out you don’t call another mortgage company to completely berate and and be rude to the agent"

"Never get any kind of insurance of any kind they will let someone else clam your claims check and they will Deposit your claims check into their checking account their not even on your policy And they're not even on your lease either and it gets even better u can claim others people property and you can claim it claims and u don't have to give them any money from your claims check when you call the claims department they'll hang the phone up on you me and my wife will call the claims department they'll hang up on us they will email y You leave a message they never called backu back with a number to call please do not get any kind of insurance with this company"

"I live in Florida and a hurricane damaged my roof by blowing off over 50 shingles on one side after looking American Strategic said they would only pay to repair not replace. After hiring a lawyer they paid the full amount minus deductible and paid my lawyer for his time. This company is SCUM FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY FOR YOUR HOME!"

"I wish I could leave negative stars. I have never seen such rude and abusive behavior by an Insurance company. I understand that ASI does this on purpose as a strategy to hope I will settle for less, but lack of customer service and refusal to adhere to my policy terms, does not seem like a very strategic move. But, it seems to a strategy of ASI."
