Also, first year for great prices, second year a 50% increase, third year another 60% increase, so I finally cancelled. Stay away or get ready for big increases in premiums every year."

"We had our condo flooded and not livable. Ryan Green’s agency said the loss was in the hands of All State loss agents. They were not an advocate for us. We were out for four months. All state pushed back on covering our replacement coverage. We are out of pocket so far $150k. We have only received $10k from All State. Loss will total about $450. So don’t use All State or the Green Agency."

"I've been a customer for 10 years and this agency has dramatically gone down hill over time. Jesse called to discuss flood insurance and said I needed it now. I've never had to carry and live in flood zone X. I asked him when maps updated and he said it wasn't his job to keep track of map updates and I needed flood insurance. I asked him to double check. He became extremely rude and was a complete jerk. Can't believe someone would speak to another person in that manner. Also said I needed a new roof. Asked him to check again since mine wasn't replaced that long ago. He got upset AGAIN. Come to find out it's less than 7 years old. I also still live in flood zone X. No flood insurance needed. He was absolutely rude and downright mean."

"Absolute worst agent I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude and unsympathetic. My car was hit by an underinsured driver. Allstate found a loophole to disclaim covering vehicle damage. When I called to inquire with my agent about the situation, he simply said its not his problem. I am disgusted with Ryan Green's demeanor and with Allstate Insurance, will be moving all 5 of my insurance polices."
