"At first I was a bit skeptical, the building doesn’t look like that great from the outside and it’s in a shaded parking lot so it doesn’t stand out, and there were also mixed reviews on here. However, I have to say I was blown away with how above and beyond your agent went, I believe her name was Nikki. She worked with me to find the best rate possible and I was out the door with new, cheaper insurance. Even after my initial rate bounced back because of previous claims, from an accident that was no fault of my own, she went back through the available companies and found one within my price range. Apparently Florida doesn’t care who was at fault in an accident, it still effects your insurance rates so the fact that she was able to reapply and find another company was beyond amazing. Not only are they right down the street from my house but I’m able to pay my bill at their location rather than through an automated system, call center or online bill pay. I prefer to know who I’m giving my personal information to, so that alleviates a lot of stress over identity theft online or someone at a call center stealing my bank information. I just can’t say how much I appreciate everything your agent did to get, not only myself, but my wife insured, and back on the road. Thank you so much!"
