"We were away for seven weeks in the RV. We missed any mail of course about a non-payment of premium. And it was set up to draw from a credit card which apparently they did not do. Therefore, due to lapse in auto insurance policy, Allstate will not nor cannot reinstate the policy. In short, DROPPED LIKE A HOT POTATO!!!!!! Never, ever want to deal with these jerks again and never shall again. They are off my list forever. Nor would I recommend them for anyone at all ever!!!! Absurd level of service which is non-existent. Stay away from these clowns and never go with them. Good bye and good riddance."
