"I had my homeowners policy with Randall insurance agency for the past three years. Unfortunately, the quality of their customer service declined over the past year for me. Last year I had a new roof put on and sent them a new wind mitigation report to inquire about a credit. They acknowledged receipt but never responded to my inquiry. When I received my renewal for 2021 there was a significant premium increase so I again asked about the new roof credit. Mr Randall’s assistant said she would look into it but didn’t get back to me.
