"Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. After reading the reviews I reached out for help with homeowners insurance. Allison answered and requested a ton of information via email. I sent everything over on 01/23 and didn’t hear a word back. Followed up with her on the 25th and she said she would be out of town but would have them by the next Thursday. 02/05 rolls around and still no word so I reach out asking if she has had time to get to my case, she says she will get my quote out in the next day or so. On the 8th I follow up again and she just ghosts me. I try once again on the 12th to reach out as my renewal is fast approaching(she knew this) and still no response. It would have been perfectly acceptable to just tell me you didn’t have the time/resources to help me but to string me along for weeks and then ghost me is just ridiculous."
