"I wish I could give 0 stars. After hurricane Sally, I called their toll free number and was told, on 3 separate occasions, that I was about 9 in line and to leave my name and they would call back. Did it 3 times and no call back. So I stayed on the line 4 times. Went to number one 3 times and then went to voicemail saying it was after hours though it was 9 to 11 am. The 4th time, I was number 1 in line for 30 minutes. Never got anyway and just repeated the same thing, so hung up. Can't believe I am forced to buy this insurance since I am in a wind zone in Mobile Alabama. The worst customer service I have every had for any service I have ever contracted. Total BS"
