"Its really sad how hard it it to find a kids dentistry for the little ones… no one wants to accept state assistance which is fine for me because i also have regular insurance but that to was not accepted which is wild to me… the reason for my rating though is, like others stated once you mention medicaid the phone rep became not so friendly…actually she wasn’t that friendly when she called anyways. They dont offer any type of further information or help it would be nice that when filling out the patient form maybe adding the insurance they do/dont take to avoid wasting theirs and the customer time"

"My time with this dentistry was AMAZING. From the first phone call everything was smooth and easy. We had a dental emergency for one of my young children and could not find a place that would help us quickly - whether that meant giving us a call back or pointing us in the right direction. However, this place, Dentistry 4 Children & Teens 2 (Argyle/Crosshill Blvd) was on it. They offered us a self-pay option IMMEDIATELY after hearing our situation and understanding that our insurance wasn’t accepted there. We had an appointment in less than 24 hours from first contact, and we couldn’t have been more glad or thankful. When I arrived to the facility with my child I was immediately impressed. I walked in and the atmosphere was created to (in my opinion) not be overly stimulating. It wasn’t too bright and colorful, but calm, quieter, and welcoming. There were plenty of things for kids to play with in the waiting area - if you even have the chance to wait! We were taken back for the exam almost immediately - and this is something I am grateful for. Our tech/assistant/hygienist was so sweet to my child and was easygoing. She understood that this was our first time visiting and that it would likely be a significant visit. The doctor came to us rather quickly and offered advice that sounded as she were talking about her own child. We agreed on the proposed plan and moved quickly from there. We even had my little one laughing and everyone was glad to hear it and not frustrated by the sounds. After the meds were given, extraction performed, and release from care we were led to the (commonly) dreadful pay area. My experience here was unlike another, as well. I was under the impression that my visit was going to be double of what I was shown - this may be usual for this place, but I was blown away by the kindness and generosity of the ENTIRE staff. I walked away from the counter holding back tears of joy because of how wonderfully they treat my child and I! TL;DR - All of the staff were immediately present, kind, helpful, and lovely and I wish I would’ve gotten their names while I was there - I honestly forgot to because I was just overwhelmed with their kindness. Our service was quick, personal, and easy. I was so glad with my experience and the kindness of all involved in my child’s care that I almost cried after paying for our services. I wasn’t on the edge of crying because of cost or difficulty, but because I was so glad for the good treatment of my family and the unexpected kindness and gentleness towards us. Thank you so much for treating us so well and helping us so quickly!"

"I have been trying to find my son a dentist and I pay for his insurance. I am not receiving state help but I found kids insurance thru the Florida Kids site. I understand when someone doesn't take the insurance, but being snotty and not even offering a possible solution and just hanging up on a person is really ugly. So just want to thank you for showing your true side."

"Took our oldest for the first time and had an amazing experience! The office is amazingly themed - think Disney for dentistry. They were incredibly thoughtful, providing sunglasses for the lamp light and headphones to watch tv. My son has anxiety, so I was concerned initially, but we had zero problems. We will definitely be back!"
