"I honestly have no words to describe the disappointment I have with this practice especially since I was a patient myself. Now that I have a daughter it’s been such a hassle just for my daughter to be seen. I can call about more than 10x and no answer, leave voicemails to call back no answer then they wonder why I ended up at urgent care with my daughter instead of their office. But today was unbelievable I had set up a yearly today 4/8/23 weeks ago and they decided to close for Saturday which I understand but the fact that no one was willing to call and to let us know NOW that’s unacceptable. Enough is enough. I work in a pediatrics office and I know things are not supposed to be running like this. Patients especially children come first. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL DEFINITELY BE LEAVING."

"Visit is always good as the doctor provides a good service But the staff office is awful since they don’t know how to do their work. Two times I have been there and they have charges me some money I don’t have to pay, first time I had to leave and after talked to my Insurance so they called me from the clinic apologizing no matter the second time I was there they charged me again. Issue is that after talked again with my insurance i went there to claim my money back and the ladies I talked to were so rude and unprofessional that they told me in my face to chance of doctor if I don’t like it . So now I have to make my insurance call them again, I have to go there again I paid cash and probably they will want to send a check whenever they want. Eduardo should check is working staff to make sure this people know how to work properly Maybe I should leave this clinic and give 0 feedback around all digital platforms"

"The staff that works at this doctor’s office are so unprofessional and rude. They leave you outside the office in the sun, they don’t allow you to come in and wait for your turn, they just don’t care and if you say anything to them, they’ll refuse services just like the did to me and my son today. I’m giving it 1 star only for the doctor but not for the staff in the office. The nurse who does the bloodwork is super rude, she mistreated me just because I asked her why was she being so rude. I will not take my son to this place again. They lost a customer today. Instead of being nice, they are the rudest people. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to be mistreated."
