"Called to get some information on the Radiology tech program and spoke to a representative name Kieth. Let me just say he was no help and definitely not knowledgeable! What kind of school wants you to commit to a program before getting any information! I literally called to get basic information on the program and he’s telling me I need to commit to the program before anything. Guess I won’t be going to this school."

"All of the HCC schools suck. I wish I had more affordable options when it came to schooling out here in Florida. They are not helpful by any means. I have had consistent issues with signing up for my classes. I always had to see an academic advisor to register (even tho we’re supposed to be able to do it at home). I do not have any accommodations anymore for my courses due to not having the “good enough reasoning” to have accommodations. Although at past colleges with “disability services” they all stated I needed my accommodations and had no issue with my paperwork. HCC would like you to be absolutely disabled before giving you accommodations. I am now trying to get a prerequisite class started and the first day of my course I ordered my textbooks/lab kit. I am now in week three of my course with NO textbook or lab kit. I have tried calling every bookstore extension as I was told to. To find out what is the status and I get put on hold, without talking to an actual person, then after 10 minutes it hangs up saying no one is able to take the call. I have also sent out an email, as I was instructed, and no one has contacted me back. I am not either going to fail my course or be forced to withdraw due to not getting my necessary materials I paid for."
