"*ALERT* ALL Dunkin Doughnuts are made in Clearwater, Fl. and shipped to the stores, which makes them taste NASTY, DRY and STIFFER. They are thawed out overnight and shelved. which makes them "NOT Freshly Baked Doughnuts" in the morning. "Newly remodeled, looks nice! However the lady manager was yelling at people to shut up and seemed to treat the crew unkindly. Most the staff here are amazing and quick to get your orders out! Other than the manager ladys poor management skills, this location is great!"

"Pretty slow location despite 7 people working in the morning. We waited about ten minutes for a couple drinks. The donuts were oddly all put in individual bags. It seems like the employees were a bit disorganized."

"This location provides service that is expected of Dunkin’ Donuts. I would even say exceptional service. The interior is clean and organized. The store looks very clean. This also includes the restrooms which is very important to me. I do wish that the hand sanitizer machine actually works. This is not true in many restaurants . They may have several machines for hand sanitizing but most of them are broken and empty of sanitizer. Aside from that I have absolutely no complaints about this location. I left this out but I have to say this because of the service I received I enjoyed going there because the staff actually looked happy. Truth. Everyone seem to enjoy each other as they did their work. And their work was very busy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Oh wow I forgot the lounge area. There was an alcove that had very comfortable chairs with shelves on them were a person could put a laptop to do work. That area has plenty of electric outlets. This area doesn’t seem to be used very much, but it was very well thought out. Thank you all"
