"I am surprised to read the reviews stating that front desk staff were rude or unresponsive. It has never happened to me. Whenever I call and whatever issue I have, they always answer and help. To be honest, I have never seen such a personalized approach in any pediatric clinic. I am very grateful to the doctors and nurses who always advise the best approach, even when it comes to insurance. Thanks to the great pediatric office."

"Doctor Pedroso is a fantastic doctor and some of the nurses are knowledgeable and kind, but the office staff are absolutely terrible. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at the nurse station when you're expecting results, they will not call back, they will lose or mess up labs, they will not update online medical charts. We are done dealing with this office."

"Doctor Pedroso is good. But it is IMPOSIBLE to see or talk to him after the first appointment. The secretaries are useless, rude. They LOSE your test results, dont answer phones, dont give calls back. My son has eczema and they took his blood twice for an exam that costed $500 and it has been 2 months and no results, still eczema, they dont give us an answer or a result. DONT waste your time, money and patience there."

"Even if Dr. Pedroso is a good doctor the front desk people have no idea what they are doing. Very bad experience with that. I want to talk with someone, this morning and they put me on hold for like 10 min. and after that the call dropped. And I got that couple times in a row. I wonder if Dr. Pedroso knows about this. Will ruin his business and his good reputation. Be aware!!!!"

Availability around the clock. Appointments whenever you need them. Very neat office with play area for the kids! Thank you so much for everything you do."
