"I recently rented a bike and I’m giving five stars because of the amazing customer service . My only thought was it that I wondered why the bikes were not maintained? Why were they so dirty ? This was not a one time thing but many rides without the bikes being washed . Chances are short staffed . I would say I would have felt better knowing the bikes were maintained. Overall great experience but found it very odd bikes went out that were very dirty . The Yeti was cleaner than most but if you know you can see the issue here ."

"Exceptional service. I'm from Michigan and scheduled everything online a few days prior to arriving in Florida. I arrived at Alafia and got the exact bike I ordered. The techs adjusted my sag on site and adjusted my levers to my comfort without asking. Alafia State Park was an unbelievable experience! Do yourself a favor and spend a whole day at the trails. I only gave myself 3 hours and wasn't nearly enough!"
