"Dr. Casanova is a man of heart. hello, my name is Nicole Guevara, i am his patient, until October 31st, the day of his retirement. he has been an impact in my life, all thought i didnt go to his office often, i can still remember the Dora the explorer painting, the 9 princesses, the car painting, the lime walls, the dog in shoes, and the pictures of each child he took incredible care of, on his walls. the news of his retirement was a stab to my heart. i know its weird, "why is this kid so fond of her doctor?", "its just a doctor", i know that, but growing up without any of my grandpas ,i guess my heart saw him as one. i would always be so scared to go to the doctors office, but every time he would make me laugh, i would always leave with a smile on my face, even if i had gotten a shot that day. a part of me is sad he's retiring, but most of myself is happy, I'm glad he's finally going to live his life on the relaxing side, he worked hard to make everyone feel like they we're safe, and he did. i wish i could have had him as my doctor just a little more time, but not everything lasts; and sometimes you have to let things go. Dr. Casanova is, truly, a man of heart."

"Dr. Casanova has been treating our kids since their first visits 12 and 10 years ago. Their office personnel manage appointments well, so that wait times are not ridiculous. The doctor has a great personality and always goes the extra mile to make the kids laugh and feel comfortable. I really love the energy. He is available after hours in case of emergencies (a real person actually picks up the phone and you will be able to reach him immediately - this is unheard of in this industry) I really like that I get a call back the next day to ask me how the kids are feeling. They actually care! Very grateful for Dr Casanova and staff."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to see this dr because my daughters insurance changed and he was the closest one to our home. Right away at our first appt I knew he wasn't for us but for convenience I went forward. I have my daughter on an alternative vaccine schedule where we spread them out and only do one at a time and he literally tried to force me to do 2 shots at a time at that very first visit and made me feel incompetent for not following the "traditional" schedule he does. Two days later my daughters speech therapist called to get a referral I told him about at the very first visit 2 days earlier and they told her we were no longer a patient. He just dropped my daughter without even telling me anything. I went to the office to try and find out what was going on and the nurse told me where the door was and to leave. No explanation no nothing. I'm completely dumbfounded and urge you to find another dr even if its a drive."
