"I have so many billing issues and can never actually reach the billing department. I wait for an hour at a time and then end up having to call back because life! People shouldn’t have to wait over an hour to discuss a bill that you have sent out almost before the visit is over! Worst process ever. Not to mention it’s impossible to get a sick appointment for the day of or next day. When children are sick, they need to be seen immediately not later in the week. Very disappointing."
