"We have been going to Dr. Paul Goldberg for 12 years. He is the absolute best and very honest when it comes to our child's care. In no way is this review a direct association to him, as he is a professional and knowledgeable doctor. This poor review is for Belinda Godfrey, Nurse Practitioner. We went to Godfrey since Dr. Goldberg was not available. We were concerned with some spots we had noticed on our daughter’s skin. As scared parents, we went looking for answers and recommendations, and our first stop—the pediatrician. I made the mistake and mentioned that our child mostly eats plant based. The judgment in this Nurse Practitioner surfaced immediately. What happened to the Hippocratic Oath? She saw this mention of diet as the reason for the skin issues–not science, not experience, just opinion. Needless to say, she did not diagnose our child correctly and I did my own research. I was not comfortable with her non-educated recommendation to see a nutritionist, and found a skin specialist. Something she should have recommended since her “expertise” is not skin. How she managed to earn a DNP is baffling. On our next visit was in early 2022. We had no choice but to see Godfrey again, only because Dr. Goldberg was out of office, and it was a wellness visit. It’s a wellness check, what could go wrong? In Oct. 2021, Covid-19 vaccines became available for children– only a few months prior to our visit with this woman. Godfrey walks in the room without a mask, and arrogantly mentions how we are scared and have masks on. Again, Hippocratic Oath? Regardless of how you feel about vaccines, shouldn't she take precautions since she's working with babies and children? I question her education, and evidence-based research proves that despite having the vaccine (if she has it) she can still contract it and spread it. Or she could wear a mask, to protect her patients. That was enough for me to never see her ever again! On top of this, she is rude, has no bedside manner, and her personality gives me the creeps--like a cheap used car salesman. And she definitely does not know how to speak to children. She is sarcastic and insulting. The nursing staff actually made me laugh, because I accidently referred to her as “Doctor” Godfrey, and the nurse said, “oh no, she’s not a doctor, she’s a nurse practitioner”. I can see why she’s not an M.D. This is unfortunate that South Florida Pediatrics has this woman on staff and that she teaches at a local university. Please make sure you make an appointment with Dr. Paul Goldberg, and definitely do not send your baby in to see this woman--if she's not taking precautions on Covid in the office, she's definitely not taking precautions to keep vulnerable populations safe outside of the office."
"Doctors are kind; however, the office staff is always unprofessional, rude to the patients’ parents, and truly act like they completely hate working there. Went there for 5 years but had to change pediatrician as a result. A plus is they have weekend hours."
"I have to step in and give this place a review after reading the bad ones. We’ve by and large had a very solid experience at this office. We generally see Dr. Goldberg, but when he’s not available the other doctors and staff are always very nice and their hours are unbeatable. Off hours calls have always been responded to, even at the worst of times (middle of the night etc). Wait times are always very reasonable, given that much of their business is sick visits."
"My child has been a patient here for 7 years and she had always received the best care. When sick, the doctor would see her the same day and always responded when paged. Yes, we have to wait a little, it's a busy office (in a family oriented neighborhood) but they have convenient extended hours, open even on the weekends. Dr. Goldberg is professional and spends more time with his patients than many doctors, and he always answered my questions throughoutly . We are very happy with South Florida Pediatrics Partners in Cooper City and we highly recommend them"
"I loved the South Florida Pediatrics Partners - South Dade Office, so when I purchased my home in Pembroke Pines, I was excited and decided to keep my children with South Florida Pediatrics Partners. In my first visit, I immediately did not feel comfortable. The Dr. is not the best listener, the office is run down and not children friendly."
