"We had a great experience. The office is very kid friendly. Although parents are not allowed to go back during procedures, Dejonay stayed with our child the whole time, was knowledgeable and put her at ease. Once her exam was complete, parents were called back and the dentist explained everything. It was a overall a good experience."

"My oldest (now 8) had so much trauma from this office. This was years ago now and she still talks about it and when we pass it she starts to panic.. years later. This place doesn't allow parents to go back... even if they are 3-4 years old. It is an unorganized mess and the most cold experience. There are much better options in Fort Myers now who all allow parents to go back with no issues."

"Awful!!! Do not take your child here! The staff is rude, I watched multiple people come out to get the kids to take them back and they don’t even talk nicely to them. This place needs to be investigated by the state! They won’t let parents go back with the kids, I imagine that’s why. I wish I had read the comments before hand. We had an appointment for both kids. Because we were 15 minutes late they cancelled the first one. But we waited 35 minutes after the second one’s appointment!!! They do not value your time whatsoever!!! But don’t complain because they will not make a future appointment for you. Not me, but I heard the lady in front of me at check in and they were beyond rude to her! They have no appointments for working parents so plan to take off work to sit and wait for your appointment."

"Read the reviews and do not give them a chance. Will give you the run around. 3 appointments later and a 2 hour wait wont even work on the child. I express to them my foster daughter has extremely separation anxiety and will not do well without me. Her cleaning was just fine when i was in the room. The second she goes back there without me i can hear her screaming. A dentist is not responsible for teaching a child independence especially a 3 yr old with trauma. I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience I should have never wasted my time and just not went when the reviews said not to. Like i said I would be okay with my 4 5 6 7 year old to go back alone but at least make exceptions. Upsetting a child by separating them is not a good start. Great independence lesson. So inconsiderate."

"My son has his first dental appointment today and I’m so happy and grateful with the dental asistant Jony . She was so nice and patient with my son. I recommend this place and Jony assistant. I loved this place"
