"Staff was very unfriendly, I asked Lynette on 4th floor unit B simply if I was in the right location for my child's appointment, she replied " well just so you know I'm not the receptionist ". It's a large hospital, all I needed was to know if I was in the right place. She became very argumentative trying to ridicule me in front of her staff I'm assuming because she felt it was beneath her as a nurse for me to ask if I'm in the correct location"

"My son spent 2 months at this hospital after birth and has been an active patient for over a year. Every doctor nurse surgeon therapist and specialist has went above and beyond for my son. Explained everything to me and his father down to the T always ask us if we understand or need more information. That hospital is our other home away from home. We love every person we have interacted all security starbucks and cafeteria employees. I would never take him anywhere else"
