"Is not easy to follow the kids growing at this place . They always change the doctors and I had an appointment with my daughter last week the expert nurse gave me a wrong Rx ( I needed to see about my daughter bone age, like precoce development and they gave me one to see if she has broke hand) her daddy lost his work day because first they sent to a place that didn’t accept her insurance, when we try to go to Orlando Health the paper asks it was wrong they didn’t answer the hospital and called me back very lost i told that they were waiting at the hospital but they just did a new a day after. I really wanna found a best place."

"Very bad experience, it's as if they don't care about my daughter's health, it's just as if you were going to talk to them without listening to their concern or doubts about health. I will not attend this clinic again."

"Absolutely worst office ever. Canceling appointments last moment, acting always busy, but when you get there almost nobody in the waiting room, you still end up waiting one hour, changing time of appointments without informing you by just writing different time in app. They never picked up their phone like ever, so just avoid this office. It's so hard to deal with them. We were always using urgent care services someplace else, bcs we didn't want to wait hours in the waiting room."

I read some of the reviews and I was a little anxious but after experiencing this myself I can say this office is very caring and professional. I ran into an issue and the officer Manager Gina was so helpful!!!!! Dr.Decade is the best. Definitely better experience than the Orlando Health Pediatrics team."
