"So we had made the switch to this pediatrician due to the good reviews but only thing good about this clinic is the staff the doctor will blow off our concerns like they didn’t matter but she was very thorough so we decided to stick it out for a bit but the school sent my grandson to an audiologist because he failed the school hearing test the audiologist told us to see the pediatrician cause they noticed he had fluid in his ear ok so we do that the doc gave us meds fast forward a few months he sees the audiologist again he still has a bit of fluid in the left ear the ear that had been caused concern they do the hearing test anyway my grandson fails in his right ear significantly they tell us go see pediatrician for a referral for an ent ok so we go we didn’t wait long but the doctor refused to believe he failed and them conduct their own hearing test that took about 10 minutes the audiologist took an hour to test him but he passed the 10 minute hearing test and she didn’t want to give us a referral for the ent once again blew off our concerns so now we switched pediatricians we explained what happened and they said that was very unprofessional of her i love the staff but the doctor needs to go back to school or something cause she does not listen to the parents concerns"
