"Great doctors and PA. Very respectful of the child, explaining things even to my 6 year old very carefully. Wonderful bedside manner. Front office staff is always helpful and kind. I agree with the previous poster - wish I could see them, for myself! The only two improvements I would wish for: not have such a long phone wait to make an appointment (or online booking)... and I always have to call back to get test results. Worth it - just be prepared."

"HORRIBLE BILLING!! Don’t be surprised when they charge you $150 x3 and don’t refund you your money! I called at least twice a month about my refunds and was told they are working on it and to call back next week. Only to be told, oops it’s too late. No refund! When they are the ones that couldn’t get the billing/insurance information correct. Even after I told them, I called the insurance ppl myself multiple times and was told everything is correct and that it’s their office failing to correctly bill me but some how this last visit they got it right! What a JOKE! I will not be using this pediatrician office and I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone either.."

"I love love love Dr Wong..and the Majority of his staff... but I will never ever allow the PA to see my daughter again..diagnosed my daughter with a virus..but she continued to get worse..called in antibiotics 2 days later..still never addressed the horrible cough she had to the point she throws up..says there is nothing else she can do..hmm cough pearls...prescription. cough syrup... not my first rodeo...I feel as though this PA has delayed my child getting better...and my child had some major events this weekend... less than pleased"

"Went to the dr twice in one month cause my daughter kept getting fevers so they checked for strep both time and said it was negative it's just a virus. Now I took her to the ER and they found strep and mono with the swab from her throat. I would not recommend them any more."

"Great pediatric doctor. Anytime my children have been sick, I call, and they are fit into the schedule right away. We've never had a problem getting an appointment; you will have a wait in the waiting room but that should be expected."
