"Sadly, I was horribly let down by Dr. Harvey. After a series of unfortunate events and misdiagnosis which put our daughter in the hospital on her second birthday, we went in for a follow up and He apologized profusely for the situation. Because of the care we received prior,we forgave him and decided to give a second chance. It was at this point that things really went downhill.They waived back the copay for the visit following our hospital stay. When we later received a collections notice in the mail and called to inquire about it, we were told it was intended as "temporary relief" (never mentioned that when the waiver was processed). We had to make so many phone calls where instead of acknowledging that they should have been transparent with what their intentions were, we received a run around and excuses; we were already written off as lost customers and were treated as a nuisance."

"I had to change docs not to long ago my second daughter was 5 and my son was less than a year, I was nervous, but once I had a meeting with him I immediately felt comfortable with him and knew my babies were gonna be in good hands. He's a great doc very fun to talk to when your in there and the children love him that's the most important part"

"I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician than Dr Harvey for my two children. He and his staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Harvey supports multiple styles of parenting and is extremely supportive of breastfeeding. Dr. Harvey knows our entire family by name and doesn't need to review a chart before he meets with us. He truly is an old fashioned doctor who cares about his patients and loves what he does. When my son was hospitalized for pneumonia he called to check in on us through the night and again first thing in the morning. When my son fell off a slide and had a horrible abrasion on the entire left side of his body, he told me to come in immediately even though it was already 5 in the afternoon. He spends a minimum of 30 minutes with us each time we see us and is extremely thorough. There is no one else in this area I would trust to care for my children! He really is the best!"
